Terms
The agreement between your company and ours for the use of InteliLang.
Last updated 28 September 2026.
Who you are contracting with
InteliLang is provided by Dodera Software SRL, a Romanian limited liability company with its registered office at Str. Banat nr. 1, Satu Mare, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under J30/958/2023, tax identification number (CUI) 49004234, reachable at office@doderasoft.com. These terms are between that company and the company whose account you are using.
By creating a company in InteliLang, or by accepting an invitation into one, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may.
InteliLang is for businesses. It is sold to companies and other organisations for their work, not to consumers, and consumer protection rules for distance contracts do not apply to it. Everyone who uses it does so through a company that holds the account, and nobody under 16 may use it.
What the service is
InteliLang is a web application at https://intelilang.com. A company connects the places its projects already happen — Slack channels, repositories, Jira projects, other apps through a webhook — uploads documents, records meetings and writes notes. The app turns all of that into a searchable memory for each project, and everyone on the project asks it questions in one chat.
An answer is built only from what the person asking is allowed to see, and it names the sources it used.
People can also connect their own assistant to their projects at https://intelilang.com/mcp. That connection carries that one person's access, not the company's whole memory. In a connected Slack workspace, people can ask InteliLang by mentioning it, and it answers in the thread from what everyone in that channel may see.
Accounts, companies and roles
One person has one account, which can belong to several companies. Inside a company there are four roles: owner and admin, who manage the keys, the people, billing, retention and every project; member; and guest, which is what an external client gets and which grants nothing at company level.
Each project sets its own roles — lead, member, observer or client — and whether a person sees leadership notes. Leadership access can only be given by someone who already has it, or by a company owner or admin.
You are responsible for who you invite and for what you let them see. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, turn on two-step sign-in, and tell us if you think someone else has them.
Your own AI keys
Each company brings its own. The Anthropic key entered in Settings is what pays for every model call that company makes. We do not resell model capacity, we add no markup, and there is no key of ours to fall back on: without a key the assistant refuses rather than billing someone else.
The same holds for Soniox, if a company records meetings with it, and for TypeSafe, if a company turns on the optional ranking step. You hold the account, you hold the contract, and you pay the vendor directly. What you pay them is separate from what you pay us.
What those vendors may do with what they receive is governed by your agreement with them. We cannot change it and do not claim to.
Plans and payment
InteliLang is paid for per company, not per person. The plans, what each one includes — people, clients, projects, connected tools, stored files, how long content can be kept — and their prices are the ones shown on the pricing screen and in Settings → Billing when you choose a plan. The amount you agree to is the one shown at checkout.
There is also a Free plan with smaller limits, which costs nothing. While InteliLang is in early access every company has everything at no charge. Nobody is ever charged unless a company owner or admin chooses a paid plan, and we e-mail every company's owners and admins before paid plans start.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card or other payment details go to Stripe, not to us, and Stripe issues the invoices and receipts. Only a company's owners and admins can choose, change or cancel its plan.
Prices are shown without VAT. VAT is added where the law requires it, worked out from your billing address. A company in another EU country that enters a valid VAT number is charged without VAT under the reverse charge rule, and accounts for the VAT itself.
A company's first paid plan starts with a free trial of 14 days. The card is asked for when the trial starts and is charged when it ends, unless an owner or admin cancels before then.
A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each month or each year, whichever you chose, and is charged in advance for the period that starts. Switching to another plan takes effect at once, and the difference for the rest of the period is charged or credited as shown before you confirm.
You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing → Manage billing. The plan then stays until the end of the period already paid for and is not renewed; after that the company moves to the Free plan. Nothing it already holds is deleted because of that, but it cannot add more than the Free plan allows until someone chooses a paid plan again.
Fees already paid are not refunded, including for the unused part of a period, unless the law requires it.
If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days and tells the person who pays. The plan stays in place while it does. If the payment still fails, the paid plan ends and the company moves to the Free plan, as if it had been cancelled.
We may change prices or what a plan includes. A change that costs you more applies from your next renewal after we have told the company's owners and admins by e-mail, at least 30 days in advance; you can cancel before it applies.
The monthly budget in Settings is not a bill from us. It is a ceiling you set on your own Anthropic spend: when it is reached, the app keeps collecting content but stops reading new content into memory until the next month or a higher ceiling.
Your content
What your company puts into InteliLang stays your company's. We claim no ownership of it, and we do not use it to train anything.
You confirm that you may put it in: that you hold the rights to the documents you upload, the channels and repositories you connect and the meetings you record, and that you have whatever permission or legal basis the law where you are requires, including for the personal data it contains.
We process it only to run the service for you: storing it, indexing it, sending the relevant parts to the model your company pays for, and deleting it on the schedule your company sets.
How we handle your company's content
Your company decides what goes into InteliLang and why; we hold it and act on it. In the words of the GDPR, your company is the controller and we are its processor. The terms on which we do that are in our Data Processing Agreement, at https://intelilang.com/dpa. It is part of these terms and takes effect when you accept them, so there is nothing separate to sign. In short:
- Only on your instructions — we process project content to run the service for you and to do what you ask, and for nothing else. Your instructions are the settings your owners and admins choose in the app, plus anything you ask us in writing.
- Confidentiality — the people at Dodera Software who can reach these systems are bound to keep what is in them confidential, and that duty outlasts their work with us.
- Security measures — the ones listed in the agreement and on our Security page, which is written from the code and kept current. It also says, in the same place, what we do not have.
- Sub-processors — the ones listed in the agreement, and no others. Before we add one that would receive your content, we tell the owners and admins of every company at least 30 days ahead, so that you can object or leave before it takes effect.
- Helping you answer people — when someone asks your company for access to their data, for a correction or for deletion, we help you answer, and we carry it out when you ask us to.
- Telling you about a breach — if personal data in our keeping is breached, we tell you without undue delay and with what we know, so that you can make your own report in time.
- When it ends — when your account ends we delete your content, or hand it back first if you ask.
- Showing our work — ask, and we give you the information you need to satisfy yourself that we are doing all of the above.
If your own rules need a signed copy, print the agreement from its page, sign it and send it to office@doderasoft.com; we countersign it and send it back.
What you may not do
Using InteliLang, do not:
- Reach past your own access — do not try to read another company's data, or content inside your own company that your role does not give you, whether through the app, the API, an assistant connection or the database.
- Put in what is not yours — do not upload or connect content you have no right to, or content that is unlawful where you are.
- Resell it — do not run InteliLang as a service for other people without a written agreement with us.
- Overload it — do not drive it automatically in a way that degrades it for everyone else.
- Work around who can see what — do not change the audience of a piece of content, or use an export or an assistant connection, in order to show someone what was deliberately kept from them.
Recording meetings
Before a meeting is recorded, everyone in it must be told that it is being recorded and transcribed, and why. That is your company's responsibility, not ours, and in much of Europe the law requires it; in some places and situations it also requires consent. Your company is the controller of the recording and of the transcript made from it.
The app will not start a recording until the person starting it confirms that everyone in the meeting knows, and it gives them a sentence to say or paste into the meeting chat. It cannot tell the other people for you and cannot ask them for their consent.
If someone objects to being recorded, stop the recording or leave them out. If you record someone who was not told, you answer for it, not us.
Availability and support
We work to keep InteliLang running and fix problems quickly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, there is no service level agreement, no uptime commitment and no service credits.
It runs on one server. Deployments, upgrades and the occasional failure mean it will sometimes be unavailable, and we will not always warn you first.
Parts of it depend on other people: Anthropic, Soniox, TypeSafe, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian, Google, Stripe, Hostinger, PostHog, and whoever your browser uses for speech. When one of them is down or changes, the part of InteliLang that uses it stops working until it is back.
Support is by e-mail to office@intelilang.com, on Romanian working days, on a best-effort basis: a person reads every message and answers as soon as they reasonably can, without a promised response time unless we agree one in writing.
We do not promise that lost or deleted data can be restored. The originals of connected content stay in the tools they came from, and owners and admins can download everything the company has at any time from Settings → Data and deletion; keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Changes
The service changes. Things are added, altered and sometimes removed. If something your company relies on is going away, we will say so before it goes.
These terms can change too. The date at the top changes with them. We e-mail the owners and admins of every company about a change that matters at least 30 days before it applies, unless the law or a security problem makes us change sooner. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel before it applies; using InteliLang after that means you accept it.
Liability
The app reads what people wrote, and it can be wrong: a model can misread a sentence, a quote can end up attached to the wrong decision, and a search can miss something. Every answer names its sources so that you can check them, and you should — do not act on an answer that matters without reading the source it cites.
Apart from what these terms promise, InteliLang is provided as it is, without other warranties, express or implied, including that it will suit a particular purpose or be free of errors.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss: lost profit, revenue, business, contracts or goodwill, business interruption, or loss or corruption of data that keeping your own copies would have avoided. Nor are we liable for a decision made on an answer, for content a company lost by choosing a short retention, for what an AI vendor does with what your company sends it under its own account, or for what an integration of yours does.
Our total liability to your company for everything arising out of or in connection with InteliLang and these terms, in contract, in tort or otherwise, is limited to the fees your company paid us for InteliLang in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing here limits or excludes liability that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury, for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for fraud.
Ending it
You can stop using InteliLang whenever you like. A company owner can delete the company in Settings → Data and deletion, or ask us and we will close it. Deleting a company ends its paid plan at once, and what was paid is not refunded.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is being used to attack the service, that has not paid, or that we are required by law to close. Where we can, we will say why and give you a chance to put it right first.
Take what you want before you go: an owner or admin can download everything the company has, and anyone can download what we hold about them, in Settings → Data and deletion. When a company is deleted we delete its content from the database and the disk, and we confirm when that is done if you ask.
Law
Romanian law governs these terms. Any dispute that we cannot settle between us goes to the competent courts for the registered office of Dodera Software SRL, in Satu Mare, Romania.
